Leica IIIF Self-Timer Body in Case [519073]

Condition

Mechanical: Every shutter speed is accurate with no capping. The shutter curtains are light-tight. The take-up spool is present, the wind is smooth and the self-timer works.

Optical: The rangefinder is bright and aligned. The VF/RF optics are clean.

Cosmetic: The top and bottom plates are clean with minimal marks. The strap lug areas are also clean. The vulcanite is all intact with no dings or damage to the body.

Comes with the original leather case.

Production Year

The serial number comes back as a IIIc c.1950. The camera was probably upgraded to a IIIf later on.
