Condition

Mechanical: Focusing rack moves easily and smoothly. Lens hood screws on and off easily. Mounting flange does not unscrew easily.

Optical: Generally clean and clear for the age. Has been disassembled and cleaned. Some minor specks of dust. No major scratches.

Cosmetic: Generally good. Brass is bright and attractive. Some age related marks, as expected. Lens hood dented in places.

Additional Information

A clone of the famous Dallmeyer 3B Portrait lens. Has an approximately 290mm focal length and approximate f-stop of f/3-3.5. There are no waterhouse stops and no functional aperture. Suitable for up to 8x10" format.

Branded under the P.A.C.S.A name which sold photographic equipment through stores in London.

Comes with mounting ring / flange and hood. The flange appears to have a screw mount but I have been unable to remove it from the lens by hand.
